Business Development Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic business development manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the forefront of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- At least 5 to 8 Years’ experience into same field.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support.
- Build long term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record.
- Must have exposure to domestic and international markets.
- Exposure to global clients is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Market knowledge.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience working with senior decision makers preferred.
- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills, negotiation skills and excellent presentation skills.
- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm.
- Excellent teamwork and ability to work in distributed delivery environment.
- Possesses and demonstrates high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work.
- Be flexible, and have a good team approach.
