Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in SEO and a proven track record of improving business website rankings and traffic.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective local SEO strategies for business websites, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategy.
- Research backlink opportunities including anchor text, keywords, and pages to link to.
- Conduct regular site audits, track, and report on key SEO metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor and analyze site traffic and user behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to improve performance.
- Write high-quality, engaging, and optimized content for blogs and websites for our clients.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of SEO experience, with a focus on businesses.
- Experience with website analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO best practices.
- Strong understanding of on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, link building, and content strategy.
- Experience with WordPress/Elementor.
- Experience with managing and optimizing business listings such as Google Business Profile and Apple Maps Business Connect.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an agency setting, creating custom SEO reports, and face-to-face client reporting is a plus!
